Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

The short version: we only use the information you give us to review your application and contact you about working with us. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.

What we collect

When you apply to work with us, we collect:

  • Your first name, last name, email address, and phone number (with country code).
  • Your idea, your reason for wanting to work with us, and whether you have the budget to take part.
  • Optionally, links to your LinkedIn, X, and Instagram profiles, if you choose to share them.

What we do with it

We only take on a small number of founders at a time, and we vet every application. We use the information you give us to:

  • Review your application and decide whether you're a fit for the next cohort.
  • Contact you about your application and the next steps if you're accepted.

We will not send you marketing emails, newsletters, partner offers, or anything else unrelated to your application or the launch. We will not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties.

The links you share (LinkedIn, GitHub, X, Instagram) are public profiles that we may view as part of reviewing your application. We do not store anything from those profiles beyond the link itself.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored securely in services we use to run the business (currently Google Workspace and Resend, which act as data processors on our behalf). We don't hold credit card or payment information. There's nothing to pay for yet.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your details at any time, or update them if they change. Just email hello@onemonthsnotice.com and we'll do it within seven days.
